Returns & Cancellations
- Any order can be cancelled up to midnight (11:59pm) the night before. If you can cancel your order on the same day you are no longer eligible for a refund of your order.
- Full refunds are available with prior notice.
24 hours notice is required for one board orders
48 hours notice is required for 2 or more board orders
Delivery Schedule
- Our delivery hours are daily 9am – 7pm only
- All orders placed Monday thru Friday require 24 hours for preparation and delivery.
- Please note that due to our products being food related, all deliveries will not be left outside. Someone must be present upon delivery to receive the board(s) or it will be returned to our facility forcing a future delivery date. New delivery dates will incur additional delivery fees.
- We provide same-day delivery on placed orders on weekends only and must be before 2pm (Saturday and Sunday only)
